What happens to your file and your order

What we collect

The file you upload for printing, the order details you set (copies, color mode, sides, page range), and — if you complete a real payment — whatever Stripe returns to confirm the charge. We never see or store your card number; that's handled entirely by Stripe.

Where it lives

Uploaded files are stored as blobs keyed by a random-prefixed filename. Order details (price, page range, status) live in a database row tied to that order. Neither is linked to a login or account — this is a walk-up counter, not a membership.

How long we keep it

Files and orders are kept long enough to print your job, resolve any reprint or refund request, and satisfy basic accounting records. We don't sell, share, or use uploaded documents for anything beyond fulfilling the order they belong to.

Payment data

When Stripe Checkout is enabled, payment happens on pages hosted by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and mark the order paid — we never handle or store raw card details.

Your document stays yours

We print what you send and don't inspect, edit, or repurpose the contents of your file beyond what's needed to produce the physical copies you ordered.
